note: This is merely a suggested format for a consitution. It contains all of the elements required by the ASA. In many places, an italicized phrase is put in brackets. These phrases should be replaced by the group in tailoring the constitution to their own needs. Many of the processes may be changed as well. To see what exactly is required by the ASA, see the ASA Recognition Requirements.
