You don't expect me to stay static now do you?

[Mug shot] A scary picture of me from the beginning of 1997 years ago. *shudder*
A little while later, with Tammy. [Jp & Tammy]
[Jp & Sarah] A much more recent, well, mid 2000, slightly improved pic of me and my girlfriend of the time, Sarah.
My favourite fluffy doggy, Sam. [Sammy!]
I haven't changed much since then. My hair's migrating south that's all

What do I do?
IT support droid at the Institute for Child Health Research. Primarily Mac support and desktop maintenance, with some network admin, cause I'm one of the two (of the 6 of us) who understand that unix technobabble.

That is what helps me to afford my hobbies. Expensive ones. And not just one. One would be nice. One would leave me spare change. One would leave me spare time. As it is, my computers do not cost me that much anymore. Having 3 functional and several powered down keeps me happy and Western Power. There is also my SCA lifestyle. A social group who happen to value chivalry, honour and a good time. We make our recreation the recreation of the lifestyle of the European regions from pre 1600AD.

If I had spare cash, my camera might be not broken too. and I might have more than just one. As it is, the beast does not get used that much. It is a Pentax SF-X. Rather old, but still neat and does not have too many bells and whistles to get in the way. However, a manual would make me happy. A manual camera, not the sort that's made of dead tree.

My friends keep telling me that I am completely un-boring. I'm still trying to wrap my head around that concept. I guess my continued and varied interests keep them all on their toes and my attention span active. It's short. Quite short.

I will listen to almost anything in the way of music. I have a little bit of everything. My household's mp3 collection is now sitting at just over 9GB (2001) and growing. oops. It got bigger. It's now just over 20GB (2003). One day it will stop. 40GB (2004)and counting. *sigh* It does not have all of my CD collection in it yet, which at last count just broke the 100 barrier. Now I just need to steal the classic CDs from my parents and I will be happy. Update! I got the Classical Collection from my parents. now I am really happy :) I will need to find another shelf to put them all. Sounds like the library. I recently obtained a sideboard and promptly filled it with my book collection and most of my LEGO. There is some more around at my parent's house. It shall be found!
