A page of references to my designs. These are GIF's of some of my design work. I've had a few problems getting proper renderings of the images: most of them originated in vector drawing packages, and there are siginificant difficulties getting good bitmap versions. I'm gradually getting around to doing screen snapshots....since then I've upgraded to Freehand 5.5 which can export EPS files to Photoshop. Photoshop renders the vector pictures into a bitmap far better than taking a snapshot from the screen.
These two designs were produced for the University of Western Australia's student guild. The title for the web pages changed from the Student Information Service (SIS), to Contact. In the end neither name was used, and so neither of these Web headers designs were used.

This design may appear a little weird, but there are reasons for a Swashbuckling Frog, really! UniSFA is the University of Western Australia's Science Fiction Association. In 1993 we had a ³Squashed Frog" T-Shirt, with a design based upon Ian Bank's Crow Road, and this T-Shirt continues that theme.

The advertising pictures were scanned, then vectorized and compiled together in Aldus Freehand.
I have five Pelican covers to my credit, but I have not yet had time to convert the others to bitmap images. This was probably one of the most succesful: it became the Pelican T-Shirt design too.Edition 2 Version 1 and closeup...

I did these rough sketches as prelude to the design for a Rock Estedford poster. Unfortunately I simply didn't have time to complete the design, and my half way design, which featured these `Dancers' in fluoro colours on a black background, was deleted before I had time to snaffle a safe copy.I was going to use this sketch for colours:
Colours Girl
My brothers company name. The Saltwater logo was his design. The two colour design below was printed as a letter head. Saltwater sells sailing clothing so the rather luminous colours are appropriate.

I wanted my verison to be a little more spunky. It may be used at a later date.
