Warrior Attacks/Round and Fire Rates

Warrior progression affects the number of attacks a character receives at various levels. Less than 100% progression increases the level at which the extra attacks are received proportionally. Thus a character with 50% progression receives an extra attack at double the level a character with 100% progression would receive it at.

A character with 0% progression, but specialisation, will receive their extra attack at 7th level, not at 1st, and would never receive any further attacks. Characters with 50% would receive the extra attack at 4th.

Standard progression is the normal number of attacks/round or fire rate as described in the Player's Handbook and other books.

We have added an additional attack for warriors with 100% progression at 23rd level in Glaive, which corresponds to an extra attack at 21st level with the standard AD&D experience tables.

Note: a warrior must be proficient in a weapon to gain this attack progression. Warriors are not automatically proficient in unarmed fighting styles.
