	President
	- Got info from Guild
	- Downloading stuff for G3
	- Marcus Jaeger has been suggested as a host for the next talk
	- Robotics night tomorrow night
	- Java suggested as another next talk topic

	Treasurer
	- Paid Aarnet traffic bill
	- Psid $109.85 to self for Coke Run
	- Paid $55.25 for another for Coke Run
	- Balance about $200 and some money in the cash box
	- $20 bill for Lecture Room to come
	- Shipping Be to America about $50 (a [DGC] suggestion (TM))

	Machines
	- Nautilus is running smoothly

General Business:

	Guild Monies
	- If we want a slice of the special projects fund it must benefit
	  the guild and/or its members in general
	- Suggestions of useful projects:  web page creation services,
	  magazine production services (and maps, posters etc), remote web
	  page creation service
	- Problems - people may try to monopolise resource and demand our
	  help at bad times

	- $1,000 maximum grant

	- [DGC] suggested that the talks would count
	- Everyone liked this

	-[PGW] will send letter to guild about the talk

	Talks
	- Marcus Jaeger (Mac programming) has been suggested
	- Must been within 2 weeks
	- Java, WWDC update, WA Internet Industry and Peter Lewis were all
	  suggested as possible talk topics
	- Old members should be informed about these talks so they can
	  inform committee if they are coming back to Perth and could talk
	  to us
	- [MTL] suggested UWA network talk
	- [PGW] will talk to Marcus Jaeger asking what he would like to
	  talk about
	- Shay Telfer has suggested he could do a basic intro into Mac
	  programming
	- [PGW] will ask Sun who they can provide for a talk motivating
	  people to learn Java.
	- [MTL] suggested a how to be a good system admin talk.
