Present:

Reports:

	President
	- Organising Java Talk
		- not room
		- not posters
	- Emailed someone about the Be box

	Treasurer
	- Budget for this semester in already
	- very little money to be banked
	- money going to [NTU]
	- $345 in Bank
	- $150 for outstanding bills
	- Cheque available from Guild but they won't give us it because
	  they think not all the executive are guild members.
	- $95 from Cash Box being held for coke run
	- Busy Bee - 23rd August at 12pm for 3 to 4 hours with free 
	  sausages and beer
	- 70% fine of soc grant if all 4 executives don't attend
	- [PGW] and [YAK] still need to be signatories.  David Chinnery is
	  going away - this is very urgent.

	Machines
	- Couple of Windows boxes coming up
	- Nautilus now has Blue Box booting off it's hard drive (1st
	  Partition)
	- Laser Printer donated by Leon Brooks

General Business:

	Leon Brooks
	- [MIB] suggested that he gets a free membership because of the
	  printer
	- People talked against it, hence it was dropped

	PLUG
	- They have asked for access to mirror.aarnet
	- Accounting problems arrise
	- Box to be setup to give them access only to the abvoe
	- [NTU] to look after it

	Java Talk
	- [SGC] volunteered [DGC] to do the poster
	- [PGW] to organise the room
	- $1 drinks to be sold (and perhaps snacks) to recoup costs

	Swan Yap
	- No apologies since May
	- Her resignation will be asked for by [PGW]

	Games Night
	- End of August
	- [SGC] organising

	Coke Run
	- Tomorrow (Wednesday 22nd)
	- [JPB] and David Basden
