Secretary should collect from box 22 sometime. General Business - Guild (secondary) O'day, 1st April, we missed getting a stall Usually isn't worth it. Drinks - we have NO COKE. We need to get drinks more regularly. [MJH] arrives. Dunc is to make people buy coke (roster program). [NRR] & [MEL] to get drinks tomorrow. PAC (Public Affairs Council) will give up to $200 per semester for grants for specific criteria - eg, require speaker, not for private events, etc. However they have given some grants recently ignoring these criteria. Suggest we ask for money for something - eg, Friday night "discussion nights" in the loft. [MEL] to do this. 25th - [MEL] wants a list of UCC sponsors over the last 25 years. [MEL] suggests CUSEEME at 25th or something else interesting. List of possible locations for 25th in old minutes. UniHouse, Cafe Hyatt, Hilton are main suggestions. [MEL] UCC 25th should not suck as much as UniSFA 21st. [MEL] To find potential UCC alumni donations for 25th. List of old members should be found from [MTL] or Emma. Sausage sizzle - only allowed to be one or two per week on campus, have to be booked well in advance. $40 including gas for BBQ, they even clean the BBQ. [YAK] has booked loft Wed 1pm for meetings.
