Presidents report:
   President has nothing useful to report.

Vice-Presidents report:
   VP is losing weight because she no longer has to fit into Lara's clothes
   now she doesn't live with her.

   [SAM] arrives.

   VP has been to Rydges.  Will go to Matilda Bay and Zoo tomorrow.  Plans to
   see other places and report on it by the Wednesday after next (for 25th).

   Went to see Tim @ Guild, who will let us accept credit cards over the net
   for 25th anniversery.  Guild Finance will take the data from the web
   form and manually type it in to the EFTPOS machine in the copy shop.

   Marget Dunlop arrives.  Everyone makes jokes about her and her hair.

Treasurers report:
   [BEN] and [NRR] have bags and labels for coke account stuff.

   Banked $500 including $15 worth of 5 cent pieces from [MTL] (which amused
   guild finance).

   Account locking is going to happen sometime.

Correspondance report:
   Ooops.  Will check later.

Machine report:
   No UCC machines were hit by CIH.1003. :-)

   Enki was downed for power changes.

   Machine room and room cleanup was a success.

   [PGW]'s monitor is on JP's Alpha - it must be put back on the xterm.
   [PGW] doesn't want it on JP's Alpha.

General business:
   New coke system.  Person takes bag.  Person puts money in bag.  Person walks
   to coke controller and says 'I have $X in bag Y'.  Coke controller credits
   with bag number.  At the end of the week any deposits which aren't matched
   with the bags is revoked.  Bags are to be re-used.

   [DTA] and David Basden requested to be added to coke group during the week.
   Voted and approved.

   Liquor license is done.  We can't sell beer or give it away.  The committee
   can buy beer and share it with our friends (BYO license).

   The vending machine hasn't moved forward much in the last week.  [ECF] has
   done some work on it.

   Discussion of coke controllers with very negative balances.  If coke
   controllers go more than $20 negative then they may be removed from
   coke group.

   [YAK] is to talk to his friend about UCC letterhead/logo.  Still hasn't been
   done yet.

   [YAK] is responsible for setting up a 25th anniversary website.

   Beer and Pizza night - Sam to organize posters.
