President's Report:

There are no minutes. <Various people mumble.> Mel has found a grey
hair and removed it.

Vice-President's Report:

Treasurer's Report:

As all of the above.
[GMB] banked $1071.85

Secretary's Report:
------------------

Ben is not here. It is his birthday - happy birthday to Ben
and Sam. :)

Machine Reports:
---------------

[GMB] cleaned up. As a result of the untidiness it has been
reaffirmed that all littering of the club room will be punished
with a minimum one week account locking. Door people that observe
this should tell a wheel person which account to lock.

Mooneye is a P100 with 32Mb of RAM and has been set up. It will
be possibly used as a server.

Yakk and Mel to borrow mirrorball for their household's respective
parties. Motion that the mirrorball will be returned within two
days of borrowing and all borrowing must be approved by committee.

General Business:

Preparations for next year:
 o need to book venue for AGM
 o book venue for O'Day
 o orientation handbook entry done
 o sponsorship - likely targets for O'day packs?
 o posters for CS & EEE departments + enrollment day. [GMB] will make them.
 o UCC best club banner - 1m * 3m.
 o Group to brainstorm ideas to attract membership - new subcommittee
   formed. Members are Melissa, Grahame, Ian, Mark, Nick Bannon and
   Nick Rohrlach. Mailing list to be set up called 'oweek'.

Cleanup scheduled for Sunday the 12th of December. Please come and help :-)

Investigation of possible console NT/Linux box. Pricings to be found by [GMB].
Moved to investigate trial box and possibly purchase one - if used others
may be purchased.

CWR Suns. Nick Bannon to bid for a IPX and possible more with $200.

Mel is going to the dentist tommorow.

Fryers is to buy drinks - 20 pallets of Coke, 5 Fanta and other drinks.

Ian moves to buy Tam's P133 and monitor for $350. Passed without dissent.

Next committee meeting will be at 6pm. [GMB] will get his script ready
to be used to arrange a new meeting time.
