President's Report:

  Ordered an ISA PCMCIA bridge from Efficient Chips. Expect later in the week.
  Will follow up getting Sun logos tommorow morning. Need to pay for CPUs.

Vice-president's Report:

  Very very late. Running around trying to get sponsors. Definitely got Mothers
  got another in Subiaco and Winthrop will get back to him (hopefully.) 

Acting Treasurer's Report:

  Not much - being playing with console boxes trying to get working (Celeron 
  hack gone wrong.)

Secretary:

  Absent without apologies.
  Correspondence: O'Day thing. Notices about Cameron Hall.

Machine Reports:

  Console boxes broken.
  Mussel is in the machine room.

General business:

Stall:
  get letter to winthrop re cable link
  thank for offer, like to accept, willing to pay for traffic costs

  boxes for cards, some way of filing membership forms, laminator
  
  set up a computer - possibly one of console boxes. Do it on Thursday night.

  provide free drinks with the pieces of paper - Nick will follow up

  sponsors are Sun, Valhalla, etc. Membership cards to be done by James.

Float:
  $300 float for O'Day. $1, $2, $5, $10

Membership Forms:
  word document is done, Anil will modify and print

  Sponsors: Mothers Foods. most others.

Purchases:
  We will buy $100 of food stock.

Fresher's Guide:
  Will be done at Snap.
