Pres:
        Cleanup happened on Saturday, room is messy again though

VP:
        Not much done, helped cleanup, observed Shenton Park
        AJW surprised how little historical stuff is at Shenton Park

Tres:
        Not much done, no bills etc

Sec:   
        No correspondence, nothing much done

Machines:
        We have them
        Still waiting quote for disks for fileserver

Snacks/drinks:
        Drink machine filled with drinks under couch, need to find
        replacement for drink boxes supporting the couch (bricks?)

        We need more chocolate stuff in the snack machine
        OGM to go on FAL run, $200, get mountain dew if available

General Business:
        Winter sleepout for August 30th, week after 28th dinner, week or
        so before UCCLAN 3. Club presidents will organise sponsorship

        SUN for door, turned up to cleanup, approved
        Mathew Cole wants to be in door, should turn up to cleanup and
        mail the list. SSJ also wants to be in door, should cleanup room
        and mail the list too. 

        MLK wants to know what projects etc are happening, people need
        to suggest what types of things they're interested in
        (hardware/software??)
