President's Report

 - not a lot
 - flying out this weekend, back the morning of O'Day
 - should be awake, be on Melbourne time

Vice President's Report

 - Have done 25 hours of driving for L-plates
 - Installed the Alpha (marblefish) a couple of times, seems to work now

Treasurer's Report
------------------
 - Did drinks and snacks last Friday
 - Paid some bills
 - Have about $1800 in the bank
 - not much else

Secretary's Report
------------------
 - driving with TRS was not the white knuckle experience that had been
   expected
 - Received more bills, one with orange sticker
 - Received O'Day pack
 - Have done draft membership card
 - Have done draft membership form
 - Will do Fresher's Guide and arrange printing

Machines
--------
 - We have them
 - Marblefish is online, running Debian Sarge for Alpha - will be couriered to
   Progsoc when ready
 - Ubuntu port song still works

Drinks'n'Snacks

 - We have some
 - Probably good for O'Day drinks
 - Perhaps need more snacks

General Business
----------------
 - Jon Gager for door: not here
 - nominate Quinn Basden for life membership: will devalue real life membership
 - O'Day:
    - We're up near Economics - stall 20
    - PXY wants stuff at the printer on the 20th
    - PXY will coordinate fresher's guide with DAG and DAA (?), not a lot of
      work required
    - We can use TRS' marquee, will need to pick it up from Cotts
    - we should find some people to be in the clubroom
    - DAA is doing something with T-shirts, not sure if they will be ready for
      O'Day
    - O'Day officially starts at 10.30 - people should start rocking up at the
      clubroom from 9am. Volunteers for the stall and in the clubroom are
      requested. Volunteers get compliementry drinks on the day.
 - Post O'Day: need to book the Fresher's Welcome and the AGM (10th and 17th if
      we can get them)
