UCC committee unaninimously deceides to now refer to the charity vigil as the
Freedom Vigil

 - Boston is $2600 away
 - SGM is booked for next Tuesday (15th August)
 - Hard at work on Project Pinkwood

    - don't know when the meeting time is yet
 - (Oppression) Dinner
    - need to get the contract signed and the deposit in by the 17th
    - we applied for a Club Event Support Grant (CESG)
    - we may or may not or may have applied with the wrong date on the form
    - ACTION: DAA to mail Geoff (from SOC) to fix up the fact he has a bad brain
    - will start spamming people this week, but in all reality will probably not
      be till next Tuesday
