President's Report
------------------
- We have one.
- UCC news was sent.
- Second Monday at the Movies thanks to [M12] and [FEL]. Skins, was terrible.


Vice-President's Report

- Monday at the Movies was good.
- Quiz night is moving slowly. Trying to get people together for a meeting. We should be prepared before the day.


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Haven't checked balance recently.
- Spoke to ITS about aarnet charging, see email on the committee mailing list for more information.


Secretary's Report
------------------
- Checked mail a couple of times last week.
- [DAA] received Oday survey from guild. Me and [VIX] filled out the survey and I submitted it.


Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
- A couple of freshers mentioned that they are unaware of projects happening in the club. It seems to them that all the club does is play computer games.
- [LOL] to email ucc@ to point out that the only thing stopping projects is the initiative of members.
- The freshers appear to be happy.


Machine Technical Reports

Servers:
- We have them.

Network:
- Sylk link has been very dodgy recently.

Desktops:
- We have them.

Appliances:
- Slot 1 in the coke machine has V stuck inside.


Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- Need a snack run, and should get some more drinks at the same time.

Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- No notable mail except the Oday Survey.
- Club budgets are now required to be year-long.
- [SJY] to submit budget.


Action Items

- [DAA] to fix snacks cupboard (needs new hinge).
 - Not done, will contact Henry from the Guild about fixing it.
- [LOL] to bring in camera next week.

- [LOL] to investigate gibson repair under warranty.

- [M12] and [DAA] to cooperate with Unisfa's sub-committee to organise the Quiz Night.

splintax : charging members $35/GB for aarnet traffic
- Committee votes: All for.

mitch : UGG weirdness
- UGG sometimes:
 - Does not hand out IPs.
 - Resolves local dns names to .net addresses, eg `mussel' resolves to `mussel.net'.
- [CJS] to email wheel to request firmware upgrade for UGG.
