General Report From Everyone
----------------------------
- Things related to the storm
- Machine Room is in one piece, clean and working with cable runs!
- Most servers are all rack mounted
- Only missing service is the webcams
- Thanks to everyone that helped (see Bob's emails for specifics, you're all
  pretty great)
- Clubroom is still messy
- Network is back
- Insurance assessor came, need a qualified dude to say if things can be
  repaired or thrown out. Will need two quotes for repairs and three quotes
  for things thrown out.
- We are looking for a volunteer(s) to help with the insurance issues. Please
  let committee know if you are willing to help! Need quotes for each item.
- Also if anyone knows someone who could act as an independent assessor,
  please let us know. They cannot be club or UWA members.
- Insurance is most likely new-for-old and will try and get a cash lump sum.
- Need to submit to FM a request to fix the lights, fan and carpet (and lift
  the remaining carpet).
- Door read sensor exploded in the storm.

President's Report
------------------
- From now on, a warning system exists for meetings. Six warnings given to a
  member results in that person having to purchase a jug of beer for the
  committee, which they cannot drink from. Warnings will be recorded in the
  minutes and will be carried over from previous meetings. Warnings start now.

!!! [DJA] now has a total of 1 warning.
- In other news, security have been informed about the LAN.


Vice-President's Report

- Has done nothing, study week results in study.
- Hope to start prog. comp at the start of semester 2.


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Club owes [BOB] a lot of money, $1100-ish due to AirCon. See General
  Business. 
- No balance as lots of outstanding debts, approx. $2,600 balance. Will email
  a proper balance once debts have been paid.
- Will be locking out members who haven't paid their 2010 fees within the next
  three weeks.

- Checked mail, mostly spam and a bill.

Machine Technical Reports

Servers:
- We have all of them again!
- Refer to tech@ with updated info.
- tl;dr All machines are back and working again

Network:

Desktops:
- We have four, inclusing a Linux machine.
- Also have three serial terminals

New Equipment:
- AirCon, 5.3kW, called Antartica


Drinks and Snax

- Got some mail, only one bill is important.

    - Seconded by [LOL], unanimous.
    - [MRD] to organise payment.
- Reimburse [TPG] $16.50, $32.00, $69.95 for Coke/Drink runs
    - Total of $118.45
    - [CJS] seconds, unanimous
- Reimburse [BOB] $58.70 for machine room expenses, and $294.36 for coke/snack
  run.
