President's Report

- Might have passed his exams
- Pulled apart coke machine


Vice-President's Report

- Lack of active Guild has made approvals for work difficult
- Working on network migration


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Exams and Acess have eaten a lot of time
- Finances a little low
  - Guild $727.26
  - Westpac $10.12
  - Cash Reserve $174.24
  - Waiting on $280 interest, and about $1,000 of expected grants


Secretary's Report

- Nothing to report


Fresher Rep's Report

- Freshers are happy
- In progress of breaking the UCC authentication system


Machine Technical Reports

Servers:
- [DJA] setting up a colo called sigma
- [TRS] has offered us some SCSI disks which will be suitable for mylah and
  meersau

Network:
- Multiple downtimes occurred while moving from madako to murasoi

Desktops:
- We got clownfish
  - Linux desktop, with bluray disk and other nice things
- Trim-slice ARM machine has arrived
  - Waiting for 2.5" HDD before use

New Equipment:
- We have a new mobile which [DJA] is setting up to do something


Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- Coke machine being worked on
- Snack machine pretty empty, however it's summer break so it doesn't matter
  too much


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- [BOB] is now on SOC, effective December 1st


Action Items

- [DJA] to purchase club seal
  - Not done


General Business
----------------
- [ASH] raises issue that O'Day stall needs to be booked
  - Everyone but [BOB] places finger to nose
  - [BOB] to book O'Day stall.
- Reimburse [DAA] $88.50 for purchase of new murasoi PSUs
  - [LOL] seconds. Unanimous.
- Reimburse [MRD] 196.88 from camp (Dinner/Lunch)
  - [LOL] seconds. Unanimous.
- Consumables since last committee
  - [BOB] reimbursed $115 for toner cartridge
  - [DAA] reimbursed $40 for drinks
- [NTU] Can PLUG hold a meeting in the loft for Tuesday 2011-12-13 at 1900?
  - Committee is OK with this, will need to be booked.
  - [ASH] to book loft
- [SZM] will be running a programming competition next year.
  - More info in #progcomp on mussel IRC
- Repairs to coke machine will cost about $1,000
  - List of items being replaces is on the wiki
  - [MRD] moves to approve a budget of $1000 for the coke machine, with [BOB]
    to update the wiki with price and email hwc@ with details of components
    for the machine
    - [ASH] seconds, 6 for, 2 abstain.
    - Motion passed.
