President's Report
------------------
 - First exam today, prepared with gaming.
 - Talks about UCC moving to loft. We'll discuss this later.

Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
 - PROFCOMP IS OVER.
   - (may have passed)
   - Now for the other units.
 - Still no response from Artemis developer - we'll just buy the damn game.
 - Steam for Linux is happening - sign up for the beta.
   - [SLX] to send email to ucc@ about Steam beta.
 - New gdm in gnome3 sucks.

*musical chairs ensue* Rufux loses his chair.

Treasurer's Report
------------------
 - We have money
   - $1,126.87 in Guild
   - $2,932.58 in Westpac
   - $92.00 in Safe
 - Mice have been reimbursed to me for $212.67
 - As have the SSDs and Drive Bay for Mylah's replacement for $285.26, as 
   part of the approved budget.
 - We currently owe Jeremy Cole $201.96 and Sam Shenton $31.98, both have 
   been approved (Jeremy's is for the SSDs he bought, Sam's is some drinks) 
   but I need bank details from them so I can reimburse them.
 - Semester Grants are due this Friday, and I will be doing them over the 
   rest of this week.

Secretary's Report
------------------
 - Mylah stuff coming in. So far we have case, CPU, CPU cooler, hotswap
   drivebay, drives and Fibre Channel card. Waiting for power supply from
   Techbuy, rails from WA Computers and motherboard and RAM from Digicor
   - lead time of less than 2 weeks now.
 - UCC now has a Digicor account, registered with my @ucc.asn.au address.
   - If anyone wants Digicor pricing, get in touch.
 - [*OX] is on wheel as of Monday. Congratulations/welcome/get to work/etc.
 - Assignments done for the semester, just exams to go.
 - Went to Rock It on the weekend. Was good.

Fresher Rep's Report

 - Freshers are eh...
 - The fresher here ([JAB]) is somewhat happy.

OCM Reports

 - Responded to an email regarding a new member.

 - Nothing to report... wait!
 - Week has sucked!
 - 5 days to complete 5 assignments. Oh dear.
   - "Have you started any?" "No. Well, 1. Ish."

Machine Technical Reports

Servers
 - Heathred has crashed hard, twice.
   - Keyboard has been added so we should now be able to see flashing lights
     when things break.
 - DHCP server is being slow to give out IPs.
   - Especially on the wireless. Gives out address, after time and disconnect.
 - Mylah network is seemingly failing sometimes.
   - Explains Wireless DHCP, network drops, Samba drops, Windows login
     problems. Probably a software issue.

[NTU] arrives.

Network
 - See above.

Desktops
 - Characid is still overheating, but less than before.
 - Caballera will still not boot.

New equipment
 - None.

Appliances
 - IPcam is not working. Not pingable for the last week.


Drinks and Snacks

 - New power supply for coke machine arrived and was installed by [EDO], leading
   to the conclusion that the old power supply was probably fine. New top
   suspect are the fans, investigations ongoing.
 - Low on spares, and machine is low.
 - Snacks: low on chips.
 - Need a run for both.
 - Are tasty.

Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
 - [DTK] checked the mail. We have had a couple of Mylah bits and stuff for
   [BOB]'s project. PCBs and such.

 - *yawn*
 - SOC meeting was very long. [JAB] went.
 - Semester 2 grant applications are due Friday, [EDO] is chasing them up.

Action Items
------------
 - [EDO] will remove those that did not attend from door, and then ask for
   reasons/excuses.
   - Not done.
 - [EDO] to set Mark up with door and coke stuff.
   - Done.
 - [TPG] will organise Artemis LAN, with advertising by [*OX].
   - Happening. See announcement emails.
 - [*OX] to look at calendar system over the summer break.
 - [SLX] to contact the developer of Artemis about licensing.
   - Has not yet responded.

General Business
----------------
 - [*OX] would like to purchase electrical tape, Araldite, duct tape, solder
   braid.
   - [*OX] moves that up to $100 is allocated to consumables restocking.
     [EDO] seconds. Unanimous, other than [*OX] abstains.

*loft tour at this point*
 - UCC potentially moving to the loft
   - This will mean a large expense and a lot of work. We need to know members
     are in favour, then get Guild approval and so on.
   - Based on surveys, many members are in favour but we will email the
     announce list for further information.
   - All of committee is in principle in favour.
   - Idea was [BOB]'s, and [SAS] has agreed to take on project management.
   - [BOB] will organise for Cam Barnes to come in and have a look this week.
