##President's Report
PRESIDENT'S RAP
- YOYOYO I've pretty much been dead for the past week
- Dinner is a go
  - See the email sent out after to this meeting
  - Come and be all fancy in our sweet seating

##Vice-President's Report
-  Professor Jingbo Wang from physics talked to quantum computing with her and UCC
- She is interested in helping UCC apply for UWA's Diversity Initiative grant to support students from low socio-economic backgrounds who might not have had exposure to computer science and computing

##Treasurer's Report
- We have moneys
- $1769.49 in Westpac
- $338.37 on Card
- $2901.52 in Guild
- Finally got Quiz Night money (Blame Rowan Ashwin)
  - $130
- Did a drinks run
  - Woolworths had $11 24 packs of solo and schweppes
    - They didn't when I left
    - Also got discount cards, they are in the safe
    - The Twix in the snack machine were past their best before
      - Matches almost died (Crisis adverted)

##Secretary's Report
- I got glasses! Woo I can see
  - Maybe now I can write readable minutes? (haha no chance)

##Fresher Rep's Report
- The Freshers have not changed much
- Two freshers are on wheel (what has the world come to?) 

##Machine Technical Reports
###Servers
- There is now a second cable plugged into the speakers at robotnik
  - You can plug your phone into this now, rather than unplugging robotnik
  - Robotnik is a server (WOW)
- Will be back on a UPS in a day or two
  - We still need 12 UPS batteries to have full UPS capacity again

###Network
- Exists
  - Will be UPS backed in a day or two

###Desktops
- Catfish has had it's RAM tested. All good
- Cichlid has had it's hardware tested, it's all good
- Both these machines should get reinstalled
- The clubroom password has changed
  - This needs to be set up on all machines and distributed to those who need it
- [BG3] Cleaned up the desk with all the windows machines on it
  - Spaced them out better, so not all the linux ones are cramped
  - Removed all the speakers, because people are bad at cables
    - They made the desk look like a rats nest (maybe that's where the rats are coming from?)
  - Those Gigabyte speakers are good
    - Is it possible to have them on every machine?

###New equipment
- [BG3] donated a Microsoft Wired Desktop 600 keyboard and mouse for napoli
- [BOB] and [BG3] spent last night working on the UPS
  - The new batteries have it working now
  - [BOB] got monitoring working with NUT on Cabellera
    - Someone needs to set this up on a server (Murasoi)

##Drinks and Snacks
- MiFARE has been causing issues with the snack machine
  - making it lock up
  - Supposedly have a spare in the snack machine parts box
    - Someone to look for it and see if it fixes the problem

- There is likely to be tenancy meeting with a cleanup on the study break

  - Is progressing nicely EMP is being submitted today with risk management plan

  - They are an entrepreneurship club
  - They are interested in running mini, uni run hackathons where some business mentors and like minded individuals could come together and work at projects.
