President's Report

• went to camp, uuilan and project night
• attempted to attend tech club wrap up

Vice President's Report

• Have continued my UCC project and cleared up the events page on wiki.
  • Now I just need to add descriptions and figure out how to add a file to the page.
• Didn't finish the Tech Clubs Quiz Night wrapup meeting due to a fire alarm that I'm not sure if it was real or schedueled.
• Went to EOY LAN and stayed up for 25h but bowed out of cleaning up.
• Have started the holiday brain.
• Camp happened and unfortunetly UCC didn't go as well as last year in LARP.
  • Got to get Lionel out though.

Data Retention

  • if acc is locked 3 years prior to

    • if you dont respond by 2 years from then, the account will get deleted
    • also send an email after the 4th year.

• thinking of digitising the membership sign up forms so that they dont take up a shit done of space in the filing cabinet

  • name, username and address & when they joined

• make sure to remove camp information too

• we will go through the entire filing cabinet
